We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator with proven experience working alongside Tendering departments, especially within main contractors servicing Saudi Aramco projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully winning bids related to Aramco tenders and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Tendering team to develop strategic sales and marketing approaches tailored for Saudi Aramco projects.
• Assist in preparing and managing bidding documentation to increase the chances of project award.
• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and tendering departments to ensure alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
• Support market research efforts to identify opportunities within Aramco’s project landscape.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in main contracting companies, particularly those working with Saudi Aramco.
• Proven success in contributing to winning bids for Aramco tenders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
