Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical or Plumbing Engineer with a strong background in plumbing systems, focused primarily on residential developments. This role requires expertise in inspecting plumbing installations such as water supply and drainage systems across residential houses, commercial shops, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems in various residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for inspections.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve technical plumbing issues.
• Use AutoCAD to review and modify plumbing designs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems including water supply and drainage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for technical drawings and designs.
• Valid driving license to commute between project sites.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.

Work Environment and Schedule

The position offers a standard working schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. The work locations include residential and commercial sites, requiring travel within project areas.

Compensation and Benefits

The role provides a competitive salary range between SAR 3,500 and SAR 4,500. Accommodation and transportation are included as part of the employment package. Additional annual benefits will be provided according to company policy.
