Job Overview

We are a specialized partner of Siemens, focusing on Building Management Systems (BMS) and Lighting Control Systems (LCS) projects utilizing Siemens technology. We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our team in Riyadh to contribute to the successful implementation and management of these advanced systems.

Available Positions

We currently have openings for engineers and supervisors with expertise in Siemens BMS and LCS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• For Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineers – Siemens BMS:
  – Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of Siemens BMS systems.
  – Develop and troubleshoot programming on Desigo and other Siemens platforms.
  – Validate system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  – Support HVAC control system integration where applicable.
• For Testing & Commissioning Engineers – KNX (Siemens Systems):
  – Execute testing and commissioning of KNX-based smart building systems.
  – Perform advanced programming using KNX tools such as ETS or Siemens KNX software.
  – Configure and optimize intelligent building control solutions for enhanced performance.
• For Supervisors – BMS & LCS:
  – Oversee the installation and commissioning phases of BMS and LCS projects.
  – Coordinate site teams and collaborate closely with engineers to meet project deadlines.
  – Ensure adherence to Siemens system standards and integration protocols.
  – Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site operations effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma relevant to building management, electrical, or control systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with Siemens BMS and LCS technologies is essential.
• Strong programming capabilities, specifically with Siemens Desigo or KNX systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and validate system functionality efficiently.
• Experience managing site teams and project timelines for supervisors.
• Immediate availability is preferred to meet project demands.
