We are an engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team for the prestigious NEOM Project. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive contract management experience in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Contract Manager will oversee all contract-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and company policies. The role demands close collaboration with project teams to address contractual issues, monitor contract performance, and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management, preferably within engineering or large infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and project management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama status.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Open to all nationalities.

Compensation
