We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Convenience Store Manager to oversee the operations of a small-sized supermarket in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience managing daily store activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including:

• Overseeing daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Managing inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
• Monitoring sales performance closely and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly with professionalism.
• Ensuring the store adheres to all health, safety, and legal regulations relevant within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience managing small supermarkets or convenience stores in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership capabilities and hands-on management style.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales monitoring systems.
• Age preference: 25 to 35 years.
• Candidates based in Saudi Arabia and available for local transfer will be given preference.
