We are currently seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor for immediate employment in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of hands-on experience managing scaffolding operations within industrial, construction, and shutdown projects. This role requires a professional adept at overseeing scaffold erection, inspections, dismantling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the full cycle of scaffolding activities including erection, inspection, and dismantling.
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements on site.
• Manage manpower effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Control and monitor scaffolding materials and resources.
• Implement and maintain compliance with Aramco standards and work permit systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• More than eight years of experience in scaffolding supervision within industrial or construction settings.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Aramco standards and safety systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams efficiently.
• Familiarity with work permit processes and safety documentation.
