Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative and scalable business solutions that align with our product roadmaps and add continuous value throughout the lifecycle of products. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial liaison between IT and business units, guiding strategic initiatives and enabling digital transformation across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will actively participate in managing the product lifecycle to ensure solutions meet identified business needs and harmonize with overall product strategies. You will collaborate closely with IT Business Partners, stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, including testers, developers, IT architects, adoption services, and external vendors. The role also entails drawing insights from broader networks and organizational chapters, contributing to business development activities such as feasibility studies, technology evaluations, and vendor selections through processes like RFI, RFP, and RFQ. Additionally, you will promote standardization and harmonization of business processes across departments and sites, supporting cross-functional alignment with informatics strategies and architectures. Where appropriate, you may take on the leadership role of Squad Lead, driving initiatives from scoping to implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A deep understanding of business domains such as commercial excellence, CRM, multichannel strategies, analytics and dashboards, finance, or procurement.
• Proven ability to perform in business partnering, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis, and workshop facilitation.
• Certification in at least one Agile framework or methodology, such as Scrum, with hands-on knowledge of Agile Business Analysis frameworks, including familiarity with IIBA standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate business vocabulary into technical terms clearly and vice versa.
• A mindset embracing Agile principles—promoting collaboration, rapid learning, and open communication.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time, supporting regional initiatives.
