• Head of Contracts Department / Contracts Manager (Minimum 15 years of experience)
• Tendering & Estimation Manager (Minimum 18 years of experience)
• Warehouse Manager (Minimum 15 years of experience)
• Survey Manager (Minimum 15 years of experience)
• Senior Technical Office Civil Engineer (Minimum 15 years of experience)
• Quantity Surveyor (Minimum 10 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing project-specific tasks relevant to their role including contract management, tendering and cost estimation, warehouse operations, surveying activities, technical engineering support, and quantity surveying. Leadership, coordination, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams will be essential for project success.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise working in construction companies handling large-scale projects
• Proficiency with engineering software and office applications relevant to the role
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and guide teams efficiently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred
