We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team in Jeddah. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Preference given to Saudi nationals.
  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial role is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to manage time efficiently and handle workplace stress.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • English language proficiency is preferred.
