Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns, encompassing above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and through-the-line (TTL) initiatives. You will manage our social media platforms, ensuring content consistently reflects our brand identity and resonates with the target audience. Collaborative teamwork with design, content, and sales departments is essential to deliver cohesive campaigns and product launches.

Furthermore, you will oversee campaign messaging, creative direction, and performance analysis to optimize results. Building relationships with influencers and external partners to amplify outreach is a vital part of this role. Monitoring marketing trends and competitor activities also helps to keep our strategies competitive and innovative. Managing paid advertising campaigns while adhering to budgets completes your core responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media, preferably within a commercial market setting.
• Solid understanding of integrated marketing approaches including ATL, BTL, and TTL strategies.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication capabilities.
