Job Overview

ETS is seeking a skilled ELV Technical Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience working with various ELV systems and a strong technical background to successfully handle installation, programming, and troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site surveys and preparing technical reports to support project planning. This role also involves overseeing the installation, rigorous testing, and commissioning of ELV systems on-site. Fine-tuning system performance through programming and solving related technical issues are essential duties. Additionally, effective coordination with clients and site personnel during project execution is crucial to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience with CCTV systems, ensuring security and surveillance needs are met.
• Knowledge of structured cabling installation and maintenance techniques.
• Familiarity with intercom and telephone systems to maintain communication networks.
• Expertise in access control and time attendance systems to manage entry and workforce monitoring.
• Hands-on skill with gate barrier systems to support controlled access points.
• Understanding of SMATV systems for satellite and terrestrial TV distribution.
• Ability to program various ELV systems to optimize their functionality.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of practical experience as an ELV Engineer along with a solid technical foundation across all listed systems to qualify for this position.
