​AUTHORITY COORDINATOR
​Location: Dubai, UAE
​ABOUT THE ROLE
​We are looking for an experienced Authority Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role involves liaising with government authorities and ensuring all permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained in compliance with local regulations to support smooth project execution.
​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
​Liaise with various government authorities and departments in Dubai (DM, DDA, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
​Prepare, submit, follow up and obtain permits, approvals and NOCs
​Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time
​Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams for authority submissions
​Track and monitor the status of all authority approvals and ensure timely renewals
​Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and project requirements
​Maintain organized records of all correspondence and approvals
​REQUIREMENTS
​Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Authority Coordination in the UAE
​Strong knowledge of Dubai government procedures, permits and approvals
​Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills
​Proficient in document control and MS Office
​Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
