We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a reputable chocolate manufacturing company based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient operations within the factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the chocolate production lines on a daily basis. This includes supervising the team, assigning tasks, and maintaining product quality to meet company standards. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the factory space remains clean and safe while coordinating smoothly with other departments to support overall production goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the chocolate manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of food production processes
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage production teams effectively
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Ready for immediate joining

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of 2500 SAR. In addition to the salary, the company provides accommodation and transportation allowances, ensuring a comfortable working environment.
