Key Responsibilities

The role requires preparing a variety of fresh beverages including juices, smoothies, mocktails, and coffee drinks. You will also handle cashier duties, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. Taking customer orders promptly and professionally is essential, alongside providing a warm welcome with positive energy. Delivering outstanding service to guarantee customer satisfaction is a priority, as well as supporting team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area, restocking supplies, and stepping in to lead the service team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a juice bar, café, or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong team leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate colleagues effectively.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident handling of cashier responsibilities and customer interactions.
• Friendly demeanor with a clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
