Job Overview

We are currently looking for a meticulous and organized Admin and Investment Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in managing accounting operations within the investment sector, coupled with providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records related to investment portfolios, including the detailed recording of trades, dividends, and interest income. You will also handle corporate documentation and liaise with custodians and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency. Additionally, your support in coordinating both internal and external audit activities by delivering precise and timely financial information will be crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. You must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably working within an investment firm, bank, or private equity environment in Saudi Arabia. Possession of CME-1 certification (International Introduction to Securities and Investment) is highly preferred, and it is mandatory for CMA-regulated functions. Strong proficiency in ERP software and advanced skills in MS Excel are essential. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage for regulatory communication and liaison.
