A reputable Fire & Safety company located in the Al Quoz Industrial Area is seeking a motivated Office Administrator for a temporary position of three months. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. Candidates holding a spouse or husband visa will be preferred.

The selected candidate will provide vital administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with office coordination tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of any academic degree
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Tally accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
