Job Overview

Batch Three Security Services LLC, a proud member of Economic Group Holdings, is looking for two attentive and responsible CCTV Operators to join our security team in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires individuals who are diligent in monitoring surveillance systems to help ensure the safety of people and property through effective observation and prompt incident response.

Key Responsibilities

As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious or unlawful activities. Key duties include:

• Monitoring live and recorded CCTV footage to identify potential security threats or incidents.
• Operating and troubleshooting surveillance systems to ensure consistent performance.
• Responding swiftly to alarms and unusual events.
• Communicating with security teams, law enforcement, and management when necessary.
• Documenting surveillance activities and reporting findings accurately and promptly.
• Adhering to data protection and privacy regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidates should possess:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Experience working as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security-related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various security and surveillance technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and keen observational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Strong communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to operate surveillance software.
