Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Mechanical and Welding Quality Control (QC) Inspectors for an immediate mobilization to participate in a shutdown project at the MAADEN Acid Unit in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The initial contract is for two months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The inspectors will be responsible for ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications during the shutdown period. This includes conducting thorough inspections to verify welding quality and mechanical integrity in line with safety and quality protocols.

• Perform detailed inspections on welding processes and mechanical components.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and project requirements.
• Document and report any non-conformities or issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to maintain quality standards throughout the shutdown.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a proven track record in quality control inspections within shutdown environments, particularly in welding and mechanical disciplines. Familiarity with chamber and ajeer work agreements, along with possession of valid Muqeem papers for at least three months, is highly preferred.

• Experience as a Welding QC Inspector and/or Mechanical QC Inspector during shutdowns.
• Valid chamber and ajeer agreement documentation.
• Muqeem paper valid for a minimum of three months.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance principles.
