Requirements:

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven experience in staff management and supervision
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Experience in inventory management and daily reporting
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to work under pressure and manage operations efficiently
