Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a range of Indian and Chinese dishes, including curries, biryani, tandoor specialties, noodles, fried rice, and Manchurian. You will ensure consistency in flavor and presentation while assisting with menu planning and managing kitchen tasks efficiently to support smooth operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience cooking Indian and Chinese cuisine
• Knowledge of diverse dishes such as curries, biryani, tandoor items, noodles, fried rice, and Manchurian
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting
