Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will support the HR department by managing daily tasks and ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assisting in various HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and handling employee inquiries related to HR procedures. The assistant will also support payroll preparation by supplying accurate employee information and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data throughout all processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in an HR Assistant or similar position
• Current residency in Bahrain with immediate availability to join
• Strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices
• Experience managing expatriate processes including visas and LMRA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with government portals like LMRA and GOSI
• Experience using HR software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
