Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chef and Kitchen Helper for an Indian restaurant located in Riyadh. The ideal chef will have expertise in preparing traditional Indian dishes, with a strong focus on authentic Biryani and a variety of curries. Additionally, knowledge of Chinese fast food preparation is highly preferred to expand the menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Indian specialties, including Biryani and diverse curry dishes, maintaining high-quality and authentic flavors.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese fast food items, contributing to a diverse menu.
• Support kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met.
• Collaborate efficiently with kitchen staff and management to deliver timely service.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama and Baladiya card are mandatory for employment eligibility in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience working as a chef or cook in an Indian restaurant environment.
• Basic understanding or experience in Chinese fast food preparation is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
