Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Engineer with strong expertise in networking, CCTV systems, structured cabling, and access control solutions. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Design and implement structured cabling systems, supporting Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic standards.
• Set up and manage CCTV systems, including IP cameras, network video recorders (NVR), digital video recorders (DVR), and remote monitoring tools.
• Administer access control systems such as biometric scanners, card-based systems, and door controllers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT and security systems efficiently.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports to support project planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Practical experience with CCTV and surveillance technologies, structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA), and access control systems.
• Familiarity with industry-leading brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, and Ubiquiti is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA or other relevant technical credentials will be considered a plus.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or within the GCC region enhances candidacy.
