Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join a newly established import-export company based in Dubai. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions to ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and supporting the company’s growth through accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting activities including:

• Ensuring adherence to UAE accounting standards and regulations
• Managing VAT filing and reporting processes accurately and on time
• Preparing detailed financial reports to provide insight into the company’s financial health
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow to maintain financial stability
• Utilizing ERP systems to streamline accounting operations and maintain data integrity (experience preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in VAT regulations and reporting
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively
• Familiarity with ERP software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
