We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior HR Executive to assist with daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, strong organizational abilities, and be ready to start immediately. Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll support activities, and tracking attendance are also essential. Additionally, the role involves handling employee documentation such as contracts and visa processing, ensuring compliance with Bahraini labor laws and company policies, assisting with performance management activities, and addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies. Preparing HR-related reports and documentation is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Preferably, applicants will have between one to three years of HR experience, although fresh graduates with strong theoretical knowledge may be considered. A thorough understanding of Bahrain Labour Law is essential. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is required alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information professionally is critical. Immediate availability for joining in Bahrain is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling employee relations within Bahrain is highly valued, as is familiarity with LMRA procedures including visa and work permit processing. Candidates who demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will excel in this position.
