Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data quality management, particularly within the banking sector, and possess hands-on experience with industry-standard data mining tools such as SQL, Informatica, SAS, and SSRS. This role requires a professional capable of driving measurable improvements through data quality initiatives and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing data quality measures to support business operations. Their duties include generating comprehensive data quality tracking reports and dashboards, as well as leading remediation efforts to address data discrepancies. Managing teams with both direct and indirect reporting lines will be a key part of the role. Additionally, the manager will oversee quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet stringent standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years focused on data quality management.
• Proficient in data mining and analysis tools such as SQL, Informatica, SAS, or SSRS.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing data quality frameworks that yield tangible improvements.
• Strong project management skills with a quality assurance focus.
• In-depth understanding of core banking systems and related satellite applications is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mature data quality processes from current to target state within complex environments.
• Comfortable working under dynamic and challenging business conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing mixed teams of direct and indirect reports is highly desirable. Candidates who excel in balancing technical proficiency with practical business knowledge will be a strong fit for this role. Familiarity with generating detailed dashboards and coordinating data remediation efforts is essential.
