Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee relations and attendance records, assisting with payroll processes, implementing HR policies, and preparing regular HR reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior HR experience ranging from one to three years is preferred. Strong communication abilities and excellent organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role. Applicants must be available to join immediately.
