Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Agile frameworks to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on delivering effective project governance, precise scoping, and comprehensive risk and issue management. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure continuous quality improvement and manage change efficiently within technology and digital transformation initiatives. Exposure to Smart Cities technology is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning and feedback coordination, supporting the Product Manager in delivering product milestones. You will oversee software development projects, ensuring strategic goals and commitments are met, all while maintaining a balance between detailed execution and broader project vision.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record managing senior-level projects or programs within Technology or Digital Transformation sectors.
• Strong expertise using Project Management tools and applying Agile Methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of business needs with the ability to build and sustain customer trust.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, combining creativity with attention to detail and a long-term perspective.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Smart Cities technologies and advanced digital solutions will be considered a strong asset for candidates.
