Job Overview

An established contracting company serving as the main contractor for the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specialized in electrical substation projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead significant substation projects while working in a dynamic environment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of substation projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. This includes coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing project schedules, resources, and budgets, as well as resolving technical challenges that arise during execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience managing electrical projects, specifically substations.
• Proven track record of completing at least two full substation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with contractors and clients.
• Transferable Iqama for non-Saudi candidates is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join the project is preferred.
