Job Overview

We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Regional Distribution Managers to lead and enhance distribution operations in Saudi Arabia’s key regions: Jeddah (Western Region) and Riyadh (Central & Northern Regions). This position demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can integrate operational excellence with team leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Distribution Manager will serve as the pivotal link between the distribution function and various internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and driving operational efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with Warehousing, Customer Service, HR, and Fleet departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.
• Manage regional reporting and act as the Distribution representative in regional meetings, providing insights and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and handling escalations promptly.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards.
• Oversee daily operations including planning, dispatching, loading, and proof of delivery clearance, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Lead and mentor Dispatch Planners and POD/Clearance teams through performance reviews, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), fleet utilization, productivity, and compliance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
• Manage all transportation activities relevant to the respective regions: inbound and outbound transport for Jeddah, and inbound/outbound operations covering Riyadh and Dammam.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in distribution, logistics, or transportation management.
• Strong background in third-party logistics (3PL), fleet management, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Proven leadership skills in overseeing multi-site operations.
• Excellent capability in KPI monitoring, management reporting, and driving operational improvements.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
