*Regional Distribution Manager* Required

📍 Riyadh (Central & Northern Regions)

We are currently seeking two high-impact Regional Distribution Managers to lead and optimize distribution operations across key regions in Saudi Arabia. This role combines operational execution, team leadership, and strategic oversight within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Role Overview

You will act as the central operational hub between distribution and all internal functions, ensuring seamless coordination, service excellence, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Coordination

Act as the main link between Distribution and internal departments (Warehouse, Customer Service, HR, Fleet)
Manage regional reporting and internal communication
Represent Distribution in regional meetings

2. Customer & External Management

Manage customer relationships and SLA performance
Present performance to the National Distribution Manager
Handle escalations and manage subcontractors

3. Daily Operations

Lead daily planning and monitor delivery performance
Oversee dispatch, loading, and POD clearance
Ensure smooth operational execution across locations

4. Team Leadership

Manage Dispatch Planners and POD/Clearance teams
Conduct performance reviews and coaching
Oversee attendance, shifts, and workforce planning

5. KPI & Reporting

Monitor OTIF, fleet utilization, productivity, and compliance
Drive corrective actions and performance improvements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

6. Transportation Scope

Jeddah: Inbound & outbound transportation
Riyadh: Riyadh + Dammam operations (inbound & outbound)
Requirements
Strong experience in Distribution / Logistics / Transportation
Experience in 3PL, fleet, and last-mile operations
Proven leadership in multi-site operations
Strong KPI management and reporting skills
Excellent stakeholder management
