A well-established company based in Al-Khobar is seeking a skilled Landscape Engineer and Designer for immediate recruitment. This role requires a candidate with a transferable iqama, currently residing in the Khobar or Dammam area, available for local transfer. The position is ideal for professionals who hold a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Agriculture and have practical experience in landscape design and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to develop innovative and functional landscape concepts along with comprehensive master plans. Preparing detailed 3D visualizations and site drawings to support project proposals is a critical part of the job. Close coordination with on-site teams and overseeing the implementation process to ensure timely and quality completion of landscape projects will also be essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Agriculture.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in landscape design and site implementation.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SketchUp and Lumion.
• Good command of MS Office tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GCC plant species and irrigation systems.
• Ability to generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and maintain attention to detail.
• A creative mindset combined with practical technical skills.
