Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for construction projects located in South Dubai. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards and comply with project requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance and control procedures across projects. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments on site to verify compliance with specifications and standards. The role requires close coordination with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, the QA/QC Manager will prepare and submit detailed quality reports and documentation to support project progress and compliance records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager within the construction industry is essential, with a strong understanding of QA/QC standards and documentation practices. Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the UAE will be highly regarded. Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities are necessary to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
