Job Overview

MADRE Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical, who are proficient in logistics within project or industrial environments. The candidate will play a critical role in managing transportation logistics, overseeing ODC (Over-Dimension Cargo) handling, and ensuring efficient import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating all logistics activities including transportation scheduling, ODC load management, and compliance with customs and shipping regulations. Communication and coordination with various stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams, will be essential to ensure smooth logistics operations and documentation management.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.E or B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a certification in Logistics.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination within a project or industrial context.
• Strong expertise in transportation planning and ODC handling.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and logistics compliance standards.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to manage documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
