Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing daily cash transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized cashier station. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact respectfully with delivery drivers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Stay calm and solution-oriented during busy and high-pressure situations.
• Accurately handle daily cash transactions, including opening and closing the cash register.
• Report any wastage, canceled, or incorrect orders promptly to management.
• Upsell suitable products to customers and ensure every transaction is accompanied by an invoice.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and hygienic throughout the shift.
• Receive and assign aggregator orders from platforms such as Talabat and Jahez without delays.
• Verify that drinks and orders meet customer expectations before serving.
• Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
• Promote a team-oriented atmosphere by showing mutual respect to colleagues.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours and maintain punctuality.
• Maintain company grooming and presentation standards consistently.
• Cooperate with management and respond promptly to communications and operational instructions.

Salary and Benefits

The salary includes a basic pay of 1500 SAR plus a food allowance of 300 SAR, totaling 1800 SAR monthly. The company also provides accommodation and transportation. Additional benefits include free Wi-Fi in the provided accommodation, one day off per week, and an annual vacation of 21 days with return tickets to your home country.

Working Hours and Environment

The position requires working nine hours per day with a weekly day off. The workplace promotes a respectful and professional environment where teamwork and timely attendance are highly valued.
