We are seeking a skilled Grill Line Cook with expertise in preparing a variety of kebabs and grilled dishes. This role involves operating charcoal, gas, and open-flame grills to deliver perfectly cooked Middle Eastern and Mediterranean specialties. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the food service industry and a passion for authentic grilled cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

The Grill Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking an assortment of kebabs including shish, kofta, seekh, adana, as well as mixed grill platters. You will manage grill temperatures and cooking durations to maintain high-quality standards, ensuring each dish is cooked to perfection. Additionally, the role requires consistent plating presentation to match the restaurant’s aesthetic and quality expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a line cook, specifically handling grill or kebab stations.
• Demonstrated expertise preparing Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or comparable grilled dishes.
• Competence in safely managing charcoal, gas, and open-flame cooking equipment.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should possess a transferable Iqama permit. Preference will be given to candidates located in Jeddah or available to attend a trial period at the location.
