Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Document Controller with valid Aramco approval to manage project documentation for large-scale Oil & Gas or EPC projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with Aramco standards while handling technical submittals, drawings, RFIs, method statements, and various reports. This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining and organizing project documents efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include the management and control of all project documents, ensuring correct numbering, filing, distribution, and archiving according to Aramco procedures. You will track incoming and outgoing documents such as technical submittals, drawings and their revisions, RFIs, method statements, and reports. Keeping accurate logs, registers, and tracking systems up to date is essential. You will collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and management to guarantee all documentation is timely submitted, approved, and readily accessible for audits.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must possess a valid Aramco Document Controller approval and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in document control within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or Aramco project environment. A strong familiarity with Aramco documentation standards and workflows is necessary, alongside proficiency in both manual and digital document control systems. Experience handling documentation for large-scale projects is essential, as is competency in MS Office applications like Excel and Word, plus other document management tools.
Eligibility and Additional Requirements
Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a valid and transferable Iqama. Eligibility for CV submission within the Aramco system is required. Immediate availability will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
