Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Performance and Excellence Manager to oversee and enhance the operational effectiveness of regional branches in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement across all cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and communicating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with regional branch operations. They will support ongoing process improvements by applying effective problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges. Monitoring and analyzing branch performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide comprehensive reports and dashboards will also be a critical part of the role.

Additionally, the manager will oversee budget management to maintain controlled spending and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) between branches and corporate departments for seamless collaboration. Managing regional initiatives and projects, coordinating action plans derived from corporate directives, and facilitating accountability meetings with cross-functional stakeholders are also essential duties.

The role requires acting as a liaison between regional operations teams and branches to resolve common issues and monitor progress toward performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business management and project leadership roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret complex data effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the region as necessary to support branch operations.
