Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and oversee mechanical and industrial projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage multiple project phases from initiation to delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and client standards, with a strong preference for experience working with Aramco or similar major clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will handle comprehensive project execution including planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and site operations management. You will be responsible for coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected scope.

Additionally, the role involves driving business development activities such as identifying new project opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth by expanding the project portfolio.

Building and leading a skilled team is critical. This includes recruiting engineers, supervisors, and skilled labor, and ensuring the team performs at the highest level through ongoing leadership and training.

Strong leadership skills are essential for managing multidisciplinary teams across various project sites while ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and site execution departments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of project management experience within Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record in project execution, business development, client handling, and team recruitment
• Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, project workflows, and client expectations
• Experience with Aramco or other major clients is highly desirable
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities

Additional Requirements

• Current residence in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama is preferred
• Availability for immediate joining or within a short notice period
