Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in managing sales processes and client interactions. Primary duties include:

• Assisting the sales team in daily coordination and operational tasks
• Preparing accurate quotations, invoices, and relevant sales documentation for clients
• Managing client communication and follow-ups to track orders efficiently
• Maintaining and updating comprehensive customer records and databases
• Supporting the preparation of sales reports to monitor progress
• Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Essential skills include strong communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office applications, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Compensation Details

The payment structure for this position is based on a percentage basis, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
