Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality sector to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fixed assets across hotel operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

The Asset Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of hotel assets, ensuring proper documentation and control at every stage. Duties include:

• Maintaining and updating the Fixed Assets Register within hotel facilities
• Conducting regular inventory audits and performing reconciliations to guarantee asset accuracy
• Supervising the receiving, tagging, and documentation of new assets to maintain consistency
• Managing handover and takeover procedures across different departments for smooth transitions
• Monitoring asset movements, approving disposal, and coordinating timely replacements
• Collaborating closely with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align asset management processes
• Ensuring all operations comply with company policies as well as local regulations

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• At least 5 years of asset management experience, specifically within the hospitality industry
• Strong expertise in hotel inventory control and audit procedures
• Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with reporting tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Current residency in Saudi Arabia is a must
