Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is available for immediate joining and is open to candidates of all nationalities. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems across locations in Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Technician will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal performance of critical cooling systems such as CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning), CRAH (Computer Room Air Handling), and precision cooling units. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and systems testing to maintain facility climate control and equipment reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in facility maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of CRAC, CRAH, and precision cooling technologies
• Valid transferable Iqama allowing immediate employment
• Open to candidates from all nationalities
• Ability to join immediately without serving a notice period
