Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer / Network Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in computer engineering or IT, along with hands-on experience managing and supporting complex network infrastructures in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive system support and network administration services. Your duties will include installing and implementing Windows Servers, managing domain servers, configuring telephone servers, and maintaining network hardware such as hubs, switches, and routers. You will also handle networking infrastructure related tasks, backup and recovery operations, email configurations, and active directory management.

Collaboration is a key part of this role, as you will work closely with team members to design scalable network solutions and contribute to developing policies that support our expanding IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing and supporting network solutions for ongoing IT projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a reputable organization.
• Educational qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields, including relevant certifications or diplomas.
• Strong proficiency in system support and network administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and domain server management.
• Expertise in telephone server setup and network hardware configuration, including hubs, switches, and routers.
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure, backup and recovery processes, email configuration, and Active Directory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to plan and develop scalable network designs and policies.
