Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Siebel CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle technologies, playing a key role in project planning, development, and implementation phases. This position requires collaboration across business and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning sessions to estimate efforts and define timelines.
• Support development activities including migration, testing, and Go Live implementation.
• Write and optimize SQL Server and Oracle queries to support business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide excellent troubleshooting and communication support to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle platforms.
• Strong capability in developing Oracle and SQL Server queries.
• Understanding of software development life cycle processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to work cohesively within cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
