We are seeking an experienced Metal Etching and Color Filling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves producing high-quality etched metal products with precise color applications for architectural signage, decorative panels, luxury interiors, and bespoke metal artworks. You will play a crucial role in delivering premium craftsmanship that meets both artistic and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include performing chemical and laser etching on a variety of metals such as stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. You will expertly apply color filling using advanced techniques involving paints, resins, and epoxy to create vibrant and durable finishes. Preparing metal surfaces, managing masking, and controlling etching depth and consistency will be essential to your work. You will also mix colors to match client specifications accurately, ensuring weather-resistant, long-lasting results that adhere to quality standards. Collaboration with design and production teams to meet custom order deadlines is a vital part of the role, alongside maintaining thorough quality control and documentation for every project.

Requirements

To qualify, candidates should have three to five years of hands-on experience in metal etching and color filling, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work. You must be familiar with various etching methods including chemical, electrochemical, and laser etching. Expertise in color filling techniques such as epoxy, paint, and enamel applications is required. Attention to detail, precise color matching skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and design files are essential. Experience working with different metal types and thicknesses in a professional workshop or manufacturing setting is expected. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not currently residing there.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in architectural signage, luxury interior metalwork, or metal art industries will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures, including familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), is highly valued. Basic English communication skills are required, with Arabic language abilities seen as a significant benefit.
