We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Metal Etching & Color Filling Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality etched metal products with precise color filling for architectural signage, decorative panels, luxury interiors, and custom metal artworks. Key Responsibilities: Perform chemical and laser metal etching on stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and other metals
Expert-level color filling using specialized paints, resins, and epoxy techniques
Achieve flawless, durable, and vibrant color results that meet premium quality standards
Prepare metal surfaces, apply masks, and control etching depth and consistency
Mix and match colors accurately according to client specifications and Pantone references
Ensure long-term color stability, weather resistance, and adhesion
Maintain strict quality control and documentation for each project
Work with design and production teams to deliver custom orders on time

Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in metal etching + color filling
Proven portfolio showing high-quality etched and color-filled metal work (photos or samples required)
Strong knowledge of different etching methods (chemical, electrochemical, laser)
Expertise in color filling techniques for metals (epoxy, paint, enamel, etc.)
Ability to work with various metal types and thicknesses
Attention to detail and excellent color matching skills
Ability to read technical drawings and design files
Experience in a professional workshop or manufacturing environment
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (if not already based there)

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in architectural signage, luxury interiors, or metal art industry
Knowledge of safety standards and chemical handling (MSDS)
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a big advantage)
