Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee and manage civil engineering operations related to swimming pool construction, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to quality standards. They will coordinate design implementation, supervise on-site activities, and collaborate with construction teams to deliver efficient and safe results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in civil engineering, preferably in pool construction or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing and drafting engineering plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proactive, intellectually driven, and able to work smartly in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to apply for the CRPEP (Construction Related Professional Engineering Permit) license.
• Possession of a valid Bahrain driving license.
