We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor or Sales Engineer to join our paint showroom team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of relevant experience looking to advance their career in sales and retail within the civil engineering or paint industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations at the paint showroom ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support customers by providing product knowledge and technical advice related to paint and civil engineering materials.
• Manage and coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and assist with follow-ups and after-sales services.
• Ensure that store displays and product presentations meet company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience as a sales supervisor or sales engineer, preferably in the paint or civil sector.
• Fresh graduates with relevant educational background are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet sales objectives.
• Knowledge of paint products and their applications is highly desirable.
